Delete Your Account
A Vehrano business account can be deleted with all of its data at any time, from inside the app or by emailing us. You do not need to give a reason.
Admins: delete the business account (instant)
- Sign in to Vehrano with an admin login.
- Tap the Settings cog in the top bar.
- Under Business, tap Delete business…
- Enter your password, tap Permanently delete, then confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately and removes every login in the business.
Office staff and view-only users
Your login belongs to your employer's business account. Ask your admin to remove you (Settings, Team, Remove). The vehicle records you added stay with the business.
Can't sign in? Email us
Email info@azurydigital.co.uk with the subject "Delete my Vehrano account", sending from the email address the account is registered to (so we can verify it's you). We will action the request and confirm by reply within 30 days — usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Every login in the business (names, email addresses, roles, hashed passwords and two-factor settings)
- Every vehicle, including all details, key dates, service history, garages, cached DVLA/DVSA data and reminder history
- All uploaded documents, photos and files
- Your reminder settings
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Nothing about your vehicles is kept. The only records that may survive deletion are ones we are legally required to hold, such as purchase records for tax purposes — these do not include any of your fleet content.
There is no undo. If you might want your fleet records later (for example for your accountant, insurer or a vehicle sale), use Export CSV and download your documents before deleting.
